What is HairChi™ System?
HairChi™ is a revolutionary two-part hair and scalp treatment that fortifies and nourishes the scalp and hair to give you the best hair ever. The system contains the first natural anti-hair loss foam and targets the scalp follicles and hair shaft to address build up of DHT & sebum, and poor circulation. The two-part system also includes a supplement specially formulated to support the body's natural ability to nourish and promote healthy hair growth.

What causes hair loss?
In both men and women the most common cause for hair loss is called androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern baldness), a genetic condition. In androgenetic alopecia, the anagen, or growth phase of hair has for some reason been disrupted. Some causes of this disruption are build up of DHT, sebum build up, and poor circulation. In androgenetic alopecia hair begins to fall out, regrow more sparsely, and then stop regrowing all together.
Contributing factors to hair loss include nutritional deficiencies, stress, thyroid, hormone imbalances due to childbirth and menopause, medication and environmental factors.

Does HairChi™ have any side effects?
There have been no reported side effects from using HairChi™. With the use of any supplement, you should consult your health care provider before use. Always read the directions carefully before use.

What are the directions for use?
Foam - Apply daily 2-4 pumps to desired scalp and hair areas. Foam can be applied to wet or dry hair. For best results, apply foam after showering and leave on for 8 hours or more. Thoroughly wash hands after applying.

Supplement - The recommended dosage is 2 capsules 2-3 times per day with plenty of water.

Is HairChi™ safe?
HairChi™ is made with natural ingredients which have been used safely for years and in some cases centuries. There are no known side effects.
However, if you have high blood pressure or diabetes you should consult your health care provider before taking HairChi™ supplement. It is not recommended that pregnant or nursing women take HairChi™ Nourishing Supplement.
HairChi™ is manufactured in a full-scale 60,000 sq ft production facility inspected by the FDA and fully compliant with good manufacturing practices (GMPS).

I am using a medicated over the counter shampoo/ Minoxidol/another hair loss product, can I use HairChi foam/supplement with it?
Since HairChi is not a pharmaceutical and there are no reported side effects, there is, most likely, less chance of interaction and irritation. We have had no reports of possible interactions with other products. It is up to you whether or not you choose to use the products in conjunction with other products. How long before HairChi™ starts working?
HairChi™ is designed for quick results. Studies with HairChi™ Foam have shown results in as little as 5 days. However, users generally start to see the best improvements at 60-180 days. However, since new hair growth appears every three to six months, the greatest improvements will be seen after 90 days of use and beyond.

How long do I need to take HairChi™?
If you stop HairChi™ prior to 60 or 90 days, you will most likely not see the results described. If you stop HairChi after the 60 or 90 days of use, your hair will return to its condition prior to using HairChi™.

I’m completely bald or have bald areas, will HairChi™ work?
There is known cure for baldness at this time. Hair transplants are the only way to cover bald areas. Once hair follicles have been dormant for a long time, the hair follicle is essentially dead. That said, we do have users who have reported new growth in some areas such as the temples. However, full regrowth is not likely. Be wary of product claims of regrowing hair in bald spots.

Is HairChi™ vegetarian, natural and/or Kosher?
HairChi™ is made with natural ingredients. The capsules are made of gelatin for ease in swallowing. Vegetarian customers can easily take HairChi™ by emptying the capsule contents into a small amount of water and swallowing.

My palms seem itchy after applying the foam.
This is harmless and shows that the product’s vasodilatation properties are working. To avoid this, make sure you wash your hands with soap and water after use.

Sometimes I get a red area on my face when I wash my hair after using HairCh™ Foam. Why?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. You must email us at info@hairchi.com for instructions – and include the country you wish to ship to. All items are sent via USPS 1st Class International (there will be no customs, duties, or taxes). Items must be paid for in full at the time of ordering. There will be a $5.00 handling fee added for each item. International orders may take longer to receive and once outside of the United States, Pure Natural Labs is unable to guarantee the condition or deliverability of items. What are the ingredients in HairChi™?

• Green Tea - Shown in several studies to be a potent inhibitor of 5-alpha reductase type I, the isozyme that converts testosterone into DHT in skin and excess DHT can cause hair loss. It may impact blood concentrations of hormones linked to androgenic alopecia. Neutralizes the inflammatory cytokines associated with hair loss and provides numerous additional health benefits, including a reduction in bodyfat. Potential health benefits may include antioxidant effects, improving cardiovascular health, slowing mental decline, enhancing weight loss, arthritis protection, and protecting the skin from the damage caused by ionizing radiation.
• Ginger Root - Chinese have used the root of the plant to stop hair loss. Ginger's therapeutic properties are believed to effectively stimulate circulation of the blood, removing toxins from the body, cleansing the bowels and kidneys, and nourishing the skin. Increases the production of digestive fluids and saliva, Ginger helps to relieve indigestion and stomach cramping.
• Gotu Kola - Improves circulation, causes alertness, and helps in relaxation. In one study Gotu Kola was orally administered to some alopecic rats, and over time was shown to thicken epidermis and restore thick hair growth, actually speeding it up beyond its original growth rate. Other studies in mice show gotu kola to have antidepressant and anti-ulcer ability. It may also have antioxidant properties.
• L-cystine - Delivers a concentration of this amino-acid, one of the most important ingredients for hair growth. Human hair is rich in basic amino acid compounds with l-cystine comprising up to 14% of the hair. Supports stronger healthier hair, nails and smother skin.
• L-methionine - Delivers a concentration of this amino-acid, another one of the most important ingredients for hair growth. This amino acid is also crucial for healthy, hair, skin, and nails. Deficiencies in L-methionine can cause hair to fall out.
• MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) - MSM serves as an important source of bio-available dietary sulfur, an element that plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and elasticity of connective and other tissues. It is an important component of proteins found throughout the body, such as in hair, nails, skin and tendons. In one study, those taking MSM showed 50% increased nail length, thickness and growth compared with placebo, and 100% of the subjects showed increased hair growth compared with placebo. In addition, 30% of the subjects taking MSM showed improvement in hair brilliance. MSM has also been stated to help with pain, inflammation, increase blood flow, soften scar tissue and reduce muscle spasms.
• Pomegranate Extract - Pomegranates are high in potassium, vitamin C and loaded with antioxidants, all beneficial to hair's health. Studies have shown potent free radical ability and strong antioxident properties. Pomegranate has substances, such as polyphenols, that have antioxidant, anti-viral, and anti-tumor activity. Pomegranate may also be helpful in maintaining healthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and a recent study indicates pomegranate has compounds that play a role in osteoarthritis.
• Silica - This mineral strengthens hair and prevents hair loss. Silica works by stimulating cell metabolism and formation, which slows the aging process. It is essential for maintaining healthy bone and connective tissue and vital for strong hair, skin, and nails.

• Biotin - A support vitamin to compliment L-cystine and L-methionine to help boost healthy hair growth and strong nails and soft skin. Biotin plays an important role in energy metabolism. It helps four essential enzymes break down carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.
