(1) You must request a return within (30) days of your order date by emailing returns@hairchi.com to request a RMA number. This RMA is necessary to process your return. (2) If you ordered more than one bottle of Foam or Supplement, you must return the additional product unopened with original seals intact. (3) Shiiping and handling charges are non-refundable. (4) No returns can be accepted if postmarked more than 30 days from the date of your order. (5) We cannot accept packages marked "Return to Sender".
