Trial Offer Terms

The 30-day Free Trial Offer is designed to introduce our HairChi product to consumers. The trial terms are as follows:

* When you order the Free Trial of HairChi your credit card will be charged only the shipping and handling charge.
* *Here's how the 30-Day RISK FREE Trial Works

• I understand that I'll pay a small shipping, handling and processing fee. ($6.95 for HairChi Foam and $5.95 for HairChi Supplement). I pay NOTHING for HairChi now so I can see, at NO RISK to me, the amazing results I'll get when I use HairChi everyday! When my request is successfully processed, a one month supply of HairChi will be shipped to me within 1-2 business days and I'll have HairChi within 7 business days or less!
• If for any reason I'm not totally thrilled with HairChi I can return it within 30 Days and my credit card will never be charged. I'll email returns@hairchi.com to cancel my order before the end of the 30 days and get a Return Authorization and pay NOTHING for trying HairChi, no questions asked! After I'm completely satisfied with the phenomenal results I'll get using HairChi during my 30 day trial period, Pure Natural Labs will charge my card ($51.94 for the HairChi Foam and $34.95 for HairChi Supplement).
• I'll need to reorder HairChi online or by phone after the 30 day trial.
• If I choose to become a Preferred HairChi customer and receive a monthly order of HairChi so I'm never a day without HairChi, I'll receive free shipping AND 10% off of all products. I can cancel Preferred HairChi at any time. I will be notified approx. 20 days from the date of purchase about receiving products as a Preferred customer. I must sign up for this option.
• I will not automatically be enrolled into a continuity program.
• I may also chose to buy HairChi products after the 30 day trial by choosing the options from the order page for "ReOrders".

You are required to provide an accurate phone number, e-mail address, and shipping address when placing your order.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of your original order date to cancel and you will only be billed for shipping and handling. Failure to use the product(s) does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any associated charges (i.e. 30 Day Trial Charge). We offer a generous return policy for HairChi with the following guidelines. (1) You must request a return within (30) days of your order date by emailing returns@hairchi.com to request a RMA number. This RMA is necessary to process your return. (2) If you ordered more than one bottle of Foam or Supplement, you must return the additional product unopened with original seals intact. (3) Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. (4) No returns can be accepted if postmarked more than 30 days from the date of your order. (5) We cannot accept packages marked "Return to Sender".

Refunds will not be given on packages marked "Return To Sender"

Shipping Terms

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt (MON-FRI) using the shipping method selected. Please be advised that shipments are not sent on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee specific arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit delivery or processing charges for any shipments.
